Josh Hale, the owner of PMG, LLC, is a Marine Corps veteran and experienced mariner. He has a 1600 Master license and a Second Mate Unlimited tonnage license. After working for years in the Pacific Northwest and East coast, he came back home to Maine to start PMG, LLC and join the Casco Bay working waterfront.
